Since then, every summer the ancient Roman amphitheatre in Verona transforms into one of the grandest opera stages in the world, merging historical setting with Italian operatic grandeur.

Features / Program:
Held from June to September, the program features epic productions of Italian opera classics — Verdi, Puccini, Rossini — with large-scale sets, period costumes, and dramatic lighting. The open-air setting offers natural acoustics and unforgettable ambiance. International stars and leading Italian orchestras regularly perform.

Arena di Verona is one of the most iconic opera festivals worldwide, attracting over 400,000 attendees each year. It’s a spectacular meeting point between ancient architecture and living music — where heritage and passion create an extraordinary cultural experience.
